The National Air and Space Museum has awarded Opsomai to create its media library that will manage still images, videos and audio documents. Hosting is included in Opsomai's Cloud offering.
With this contract, the Museum carries on its project to digitize its iconographic and audiovisual collections with a double aim: To promote the Museum's collection to the Public and to allow internal users and partners to consult the collections and download a part of them.
The homepage of the media library will promote hot topics in regards to the Museum's news. The topics will be defined and managed by the administrators of the platform. All website users will be able to access this homepage that will require no login.
The platform will satisfy RGAA requirements. RGAA is a set of accessibility guidelines that is used in France to define technical arrangements that are required to make web content accessible for people with disabilities.
After the creation of media libraries for Shoah Memorial, for Musée de l'Homme and for the National Museum of Natural History, this new project establishes Opsomai as a key player in the museographic domain.
